can someone help me with that one?

how can I make flash to wait a few seconds and then goes further?

is there a command "wait" or something like that? Or do i have to do it in
an other way?

I don't know any command, which can pause the playback.. but you can
create a script.. something like this (for flash 5 - see the bottom):
