hej, har et problem med mit internet explore....når jeg surfer rundt på nettet på diverse side fyser det det pludselug og kan ikke åbne en ny side og når jeg lukker ned, kommerder en meddelsen frem som siger: IEXPLORE.EXE har fundet en fejl vi beklager ulejligheden og bla bla bla....... mit spørgsmål er så hvordan jeg får det til at fungere odenligt igen, please help

har brugt update, men der stadig fejl, bruger XP pro styresystem.

der står ikk så meget mere om fejlen, man kan bare vælge at sende en fejl report til microsoft eller ej.

Citat Method 1: Clear All Caches
To clear all caches, follow these steps:
Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click Clear History.
Click Delete Files, and then click OK to delete all temporary Internet files. If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, also click Delete Cookies.
Click the General tab in the Internet Options dialog box, and then click Settings. If you are using Internet Explorer 5.x, click View Files to manually delete the cookies. In all versions of Internet Explorer, click View Objects, and then manually delete all objects.
Method 2: Remove Third-Party Internet Software
If you still receive the error messages that are described in the "Symptoms" section, try removing all third-party Internet software that is installed on your computer. To do this, use the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel.
The following are some examples of third-party Internet software:
Ad-aware
Bonzi Buddy
Comet Cursor
eZula
Flyswat
Gator
Grokster
iMesh
Internet Boost
Internet Optimizer

Kazaa

Method 3: Remove Networking Protocols, Services, Clients, and AOL Installations
If you still receive the error messages that are described in the "Symptoms" section, try removing all networking protocols, services, clients, and installations of America Online (AOL) that are installed on your computer. WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Network and Dial-up Connections.
Right-click your dial-up or local area connection, and then click Properties.
Select each component that is listed, and then click Uninstall. Click No when you prompted to restart until all components have been uninstalled. After you have removed the last component, click Yes to restart the computer.
You may be prompted to install at least one component for the connection to work. Click No. The computer will restart.
After Windows 2000 restarts, click Start, and then click Run.
Type regedit, and then click OK.
Delete the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock
HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinSock2
HKEY_LOCAL-MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP
Quit Registry Editor.
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Network and Dial-up Connections.
Right-click your dial-up or local area connection, and then click Properties.
Use the Install option to reinstall Client for Microsoft Networks, File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks, and Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). Click No when you are prompted to restart until you have reinstalled all the components.
After Windows 2000 restarts, reinstall AOL if applicable.
Method 4: Delete Your Index.dat File
If you still receive the error messages that are described in the "Symptoms" section, you may have to delete your Index.dat file.
