Ham der synger for Safri Duo hedder Clark Anderson..

Clark Anderson is an extraordinary musical talent whose highly original style reflects such influences as Stevie Wonder, Craig David, and Terrence Trent D’Arby. His vocal skills have recently brought him to the attention of the European sensation Safri Duo, with whom he is pleased to be joining as a featured singer and co-writer on their new album and upcoming global tour.

A true artist with an amazing 4 1/2 octave vocal range, Clark at 24 has already established an impressive array of credits. He sang the featured track “Give Me Something Real” in the Queen Latifah-helmed film, “Living Out Loud,” and penned the BoyzIIMen end title “So Amazing” for the Denzel Washington movie “Hurricane.” He’s also had his songs recorded by PM Dawn, including the Top 40 singles “I Had No Right” and “Perfect For You.” This track record brought him to the attention of Rondor Music International, which signed him to a co-publishing deal.

Clark’s skill has been recognized by of some of the top songwriters and producers in the business. He has regularly co-written with such prominent talents as Walter Afanasieff, David Foster, Bruce Roberts, Robin Lerner, Steve Robson and Mervyn Warren. His voice can also be heard on one of the tracks from Cher’s recent album “Living Proof.”

Clark began playing violin at the age of three, and soon after took up piano. Considered a musical prodigy, he regularly won local talent competitions while growing up in the Seattle area. By his mid-teens, Clark was performing the National Anthem at the NFL home games of the Seattle Seahawks.

In his late teens, Clark moved to New York and was soon performing 10 gigs a week at such well-known Manhattan night spots as Nells, Café Wha, and the China Club. His shows combined original material with Stevie Wonder covers. Since moving to Los Angeles, Clark has focused on writing and recording, honing his style in preparation for the launch of his artist career. In addition to his memorable vocal capabilities, Clark is an accomplished piano player and producer.
