hej jeg taler kun lidt dansk! can anyone tell how can I find a person is the right owner of a property? I have found an apartment in Vanløse and ,the person is asking to pay the advance on the same day itself without waiting he had his contract with him.I was little confused,why is he compelling to pay big amount right now itself?,is there anyway to find he owns that property? Please help Thanks Lina

Hi Lina-nu I hope you can find the owner of the apartment with the link tanjaa gave. But the setup ",the person is asking to pay the advance on the same day itself without waiting he had his contract with him" sounds like a scam/swindle, at least you have to be sure of his correct identity, he could easily have checked the same link. To me it looks as a man, who could be renting the same apartment to any number of people, to get their deposits, so be very careful.

generally how everyone finding the rented apartments? many fraud ads in dba.dk!! Im depending on bolig portal.dk also,but couldnt find anything for the past 1 month.Tried some public comapanies also,no luck since they have a very long waiting time. Is there any good sites or anything i can find a 2 room apartment anywhere in CPH especially nearby Ballerup?

If you're a student, you should try looking for kollegieværelse, kollegie or kollegium. This link http://www.boliga.dk/leje shows some flats for rent, 6 i Ballerup, probably more safe than ads in dba.dk Good luck

No, boliga.dk is a possibility for everyone The student part was just another (cheaper) possibility, if you are a student, that is.
